General Summary: Under the supervision of the Director of Imaging Services/Radiology, the Imaging Services Manager assists to facilitate the coordination of Operations, Quality/Performance Improvement and Regulatory Compliance at assigned Hospital. Coordinates and performs studies covering patient care processes, process improvement, and regulatory requirements. Focuses on policies and improvement with coordination of the Johns Hopkins Healthcare System (JHHS) to create a seamless transition for patients between all imaging departments. Serves as a team leader on committees as assigned. Works to ensure assigned Hospital meets all regulatory requirements and can provide appropriate data submission to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS), Joint Commission, and Department of Health related to the Imaging department. Manages and coordinates activities and functions of Imaging Services.

Minimum Education and Experience:

1. Bachelor's Degree in the Radiologic Sciences, Life Sciences, or Business (preferred)

2. Five years' experience as a technologist with previous supervisory experience required.

3. Minimum four (4) years hospital experience, specifically in an Imaging leadership role or the equivalent combination of education and direct experience working in Imaging, Quality Improvement and Regulatory Compliance.

4. Current ARRT Certification.

5. Current CPR Certification.

Shift: Full-Time, Day Shift. No call or weekend work.

Salary Range: Minimum 46.27 per hour - Maximum 80.96 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
