Job Description:
- The Benefit System Analyst II reports to the Program Manager, Benefits and Retirement in a temporary capacity with the primary responsibility to provide Oracle HCM systems configuration, testing and processes. Will be responsible for managing the HCM Data Loader (HDL) for benefit files to and from the benefit vendors which includes audits, error investigations, testing in test file and once the file moves to production.
- Analyst duties will support the Benefits and Compensation teams in the interface reporting, opens enrollment and benefit rate configurations needed for FY 2025.

- Administer and maintain benefit module system configurations and formulas and data entry processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the benefits module weekly interface files functionality, data integrity, and system performance for the various vendors.
- Collaborate with team members to understand the benefit module process requirements for payroll, monthly billing and enrollment processing and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Document the processes for benefit staff and any employee and manager guides.
- Generate, develop, and analyze benefit reports to provide insights and support data-driven decision [1] making by HR and organizational leadership.
- Conduct weekly audits and quality checks to ensure data accuracy, compliance with regulatory requirements, and adherence to internal policies.
- Identify discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies and take corrective actions to maintain data accuracy and compliance.
- Process HDL loads supporting Benefits and Compensation programs.
- Configure any rate table loads and Open Enrollment configuration for all eligible plans.
- Serve as lead in meeting reporting requirements for audits (Retirement, Benefits, and Compensation plans).
- Oversee any system changes for benefit related reports and configurations which includes systems testing and process for movement to production file with further review.
- Serve as a resource to managers and employees across the company.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related discipline strongly preferred.
- Two (2) years of experience in Human Resources or Benefits with an emphasis on HR Benefit systems.
- Experience with Oracle HCM is a plus.
- In depth understanding of HRIS systems which includes system setup and reporting required.
- Experience with HRIS system implementation preferred.
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft Excel and exceptional analytical skills.
- Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a fast-paced changing work environment while prioritizing multiple functions and managing time efficiently. P&C March 2024 TEMP Benefit System Analyst II
