  • Comfortable with video communication software and experience in using PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work across different functions and with franchisees.
  • ServSafe Certification and Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% as required.
