Responsibilities- Design, develop and report data suspected flaws in legacy and SAP to functional teams with possible solutions for harmonization.
- Create, change, merge and report health of master data objects when inconsistencies are discovered.
- Collaborate with business, compliance, technology groups to ensure data related business requirements are clearly defined and placed into practice.
Assist data analysts with data extraction needs for various projects and requests which may include sourcing data from internal sources or data centers as well as external 3rd-party marketing tools.
- Create customers in in legacy systems based on SIC classifications.
- Maintain customer hierarchy according to parent child relationships for use in Customer Value reporting for the sales organization.
- Audit and create data processes in accordance with the Master Data Governance program that defines and monitor the process of creating, modifying, storing and deleting data.
- Work with data warehousing, analytics systems to make sure that master data is leveraged appropriately and that legacy system data is adequately measured.
- Answer questions and provide data requests as submitted on topics related to activity regarding customers, the market, competitors, sales team, the retail network, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
- Less than 2 years related experience
- Associate degree (Marketing, Sales)
- Occasional travel (0 5%)
- Occasional overnight stays (0 5%)
- Job requires employee to drive a personal vehicle to conduct company business 20% per week (8 hours) and/or travel locally between company locations during scheduled workday
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in Microsoft Office.
