Who We Are:

HII-Mission Technologies is currently seeking a Project Manager to support our customer at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

HII-Mission Technologies provides mission-critical engineering and technical service to Information Technology, Federal Civilian, and National Security, Aerospace & Defense and International government and commercial customers at over 100 locations worldwide.

What You Will Do:

The Project Manager is responsible for analyzing and evaluating the program's performance and identifying areas for improvement. In addition to preparing technical reports, a Management Analyst may also:

  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses to identify cost savings and cost avoidance opportunities.
  • Develop and implement performance metrics.
  • Conduct process improvement studies to identify areas for streamlining and efficiency.
  • Analyze program data to identify trends and patterns.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate program risks.
  • Provide recommendations to program management for improving program performance.
  • Develop and maintain program documentation, including policies, procedures, and work instructions.

What We're Looking For:

  • 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
  • Experience with DoD program/projects and specific experience preparing studies and technical reports.
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance
