Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our engineering teams in delivering high-quality projects for our aerospace clients.

About the Role

  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams to meet project goals and objectives.
  • Manage project schedules, secure necessary approvals, and negotiate changes to Statements of Work (SOW).
  • Oversee product development, track project metrics, and ensure resources are aligned with project needs.
  • Provide technical leadership and integrate project plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
  • 5+ years of experience leading teams or projects.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting cross-functional teams.
  • 10+ years as a Technical Lead for USAF deliverable capabilities.
  • Proven ability to brief senior management and lead multi-discipline teams.
  • Experience with USAF Technical Orders and Time Compliant Technical Orders.
  • Experience leading technical/source data reviews.
  • Background in organic aircraft modification environments.
  • Familiarity with Boeing Global Services Programs.
