  • Develops and presents ISR capabilities to a wide variety of service, national, and coalition customers.
Provides Commanders and other customers the intelligence information and analysis derived from ISR assets to maximize their own forces' effectiveness by optimizing friendly force strengths, exploiting adversary weaknesses, and countering adversary strengths.

  • Conducts and oversees the most complex analysis of multi source intelligence.
Evaluates relevance and reliability of both classified and unclassified information to understand adversary strengths, weaknesses, and centers of gravity.

  • Manages and oversees intelligence production.
Manages and oversees intelligence production to satisfy component, combatant command, and support agency requirements.

  • Serves as a senior technical authority on ISR issues for NSDC leadership.
Makes authoritative recommendations and defends to the Director and National Space Defense Center (NSDC) staff, decisions on operational policy matters; often required to make difficult decisions committing Agency funds or resources impacting future capabilities.

  • Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
Directs, coordinates, and oversees work of subordinates.
