- Review existing systems to determine needed enhancements, plans system modifications, manages contract support activities, ensures accounting financial system integration, manages system control reference tables, manages application security, and provides support for various audits.
- Oversee business process improvements and automation initiatives, software implementation, obtains user acceptance, provide system training, provide technical assistance to users, and maintain daytoday system operations.
- Design and develop system reports, manage annual closing of accounting system processes, assist in the preparation of annual system budgets, and act as liaison with program users to ensure systems are responding to internal and external clients.
