POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Account Manager (Senior Advisor) acts as a primary contact for end-to-end initiative level delivery, and program/portfolio management for assigned client tools. Coordination for initiative level impediment resolutions, management of risk and change control. Partnership with team for management of cross company and intercompany dependency management and coordination of work to timelines while ensuring contractual metrics are achieved.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Responsible for partnership with development teams and oversite of implementation actions of assigned client tools as lead business sponsor.
  • Lead client engagement for digital tool including monthly performance metrics, tool evolution, requirements gathering along with driving issue root cause and resolutions.
  • Participate and share business need in meetings with Enterprise Architecture, Product Owner Engineers, BPO and other leaders to assure full alignment. Navigate governance structure across the initiative teams supporting prioritization/funding. Manage risk mitigation and contingency plans. Drive activities to achieve aligned goals.
  • Provide guidance for team members with issues needing business expertise and mentor team/partners to improve their understanding and skill required to support tools.
  • Work on special initiatives as assigned.
  • Take broad perspective to identify innovate solutions.
  • Work independently recognizing when leadership escalations are needed.


IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE A COMBINATION OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • 8-12 years relevant experience with Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree and 6-10 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Lean principles, process improvement, agile transformation experience a plus
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and to resolve issues with the highest sense of urgency.
  • Ability to travel overnight up to 10%.
