Overview
Are you looking for a role where you can create and write the voice of a company? Hungry to work with smart and passionate professionals around the globe? We are looking for enthusiastic content creators who pay high attention to detail and can effectively portray the AvePoint story.
As Content Marketing Lead your job is to capture and elevate the voice of AvePoint. You will understand and create newsworthy stories that captivate audiences both internally and externally to our business. You will conceptualize and create compelling, thought-provoking content that further establishes AvePoint as a leader in the digital workplace, helping organizations get ready for and optimize AI. This includes building and establishing the #shifthappens brand as AvePoint's thought leadership arm, a unique opportunity to shape and own this aspect of our business. You will put your project management and influence skills to the test, working with a team of writers and communications professionals to help enrich, expand, and amplify your work.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading our global case study program, coordinating with our sales and legal teams as well as AvePoint customers and partners. Leading strategic corporate content initiatives, such as annual reports, original research, and special purpose content to aid in driving new sales as well as enhance customer and partner experience. Developing AvePoint's thought leadership brand, #shifthappens – including the creation and management of our editorial calendar, writing impactful thought leadership articles, coordinating with the #shifthappens podcast team, and maintaining our #shifthappens website. Working closely with our global team of content writers and communications professionals. Working with the video team to develop scripts for podcasts and other short films Collaborating with various members of the marketing team including, graphic designers, video designers, social media managers, and product marketing Editing internal- and external-facing content to ensure it's clear, concise, well written, and in line with company messagingOK, I'm interested... is this the job for me?

Other qualities you will need to be a fit for this role include:
BA/BS 3-5+ years of relevant experience in journalism, PR, copywriting, or content marketing Demonstrated proficiency in storytelling and copywriting Exceptional writing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of our business' various types of content Deadline driven and ability to deliver results effectively with minimum supervision across projects and changing priorities Excellent people skills and enthusiastic self-starter Technical writing background preferred, but not requiredAvePoint is proud to employ talent from many different backgrounds, experiences, and identities.
