About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Marketing Associate Director to join our team at DTCC. As a key member of our Chief Client Office, you will play a critical role in developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive business growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with business owners, sales, and relationship management teams to translate business goals into measurable marketing objectives.
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to raise visibility in the marketplace and generate sales interest.
  • Collaborate with product owners and other key stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into product marketing programs.
  • Responsible for content marketing and thought leadership, synthesizing information from business SMEs into written and digital content.
  • Understand market drivers, competitive landscape, and target client personas, maintaining detailed knowledge of relevant DTCC products and services.
  • Collaborate with sales, relationship management, and product management teams to ensure alignment on all initiatives.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure brand alignment and execution support across all areas of the marketing mix.
  • Partner with data and analytics teams to identify, track, and report on key performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Talents Needed for Success
  • Experience with Marketo preferred.
  • Strong understanding of financial services.
  • Ability to strategize with business leads/executives on an ongoing basis to inform marketing and communication plans.
  • Ability to influence others through strong communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
