What You'll Do:

  • Lead Chewy's new influencer marketing vision and manage campaign strategy, content direction, and reporting across key channels including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to create a best-in-class program, with a particular focus on driving revenue ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Content, Site Experience, Performance Marketing) to continually improve the customer experience and better connect our influencer program to Chewy's business priorities with proper mechanisms to drive conversion.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers/creators best aligned to attract, inspire, and engage relevant audiences with authentic storytelling.
  • Manage a small internal team, delegating and prioritizing tasks effectively for the biggest impact.
  • Analyze influencer program performance and manage budgets, including paid social support. Report on business impact and provide recommendations to increase impact including engagement and net sales.
  • Develop, maintain, and iterate a testing roadmap to drive growth and reach program and campaign goals.
  • Serve as our in-house influencer expert and educator through team and executive updates. Survey the competitive landscape for opportunities and remove roadblocks through creative solutions.
  • Identify trends and cultural moments for creators to engage with and accelerate time to launch timely campaigns.
  • Improve project management across the team, driving continuous process optimization and making recommendations for efficiencies, with a particular focus on generating revenue ROI.

What You'll Need:

  • 6+ years' experience in brand strategy, creative strategy, or marketing planning
  • 4+ years' experience in social and influencer marketing
  • Deep experience working with cross-functional teams & external partners.
  • Advanced working knowledge of digital and social marketing tactics and ability to integrate across channels.
  • Strong understanding of talent and influencer management including contract negotiation process.
  • Experience in contract management and proficient understanding of legal landscape (i.e., FTC guidelines and requirements).
  • Proven leader of people (both direct and indirect reports), skilled in management & collaboration with demonstrated ability to influence up, down, and across the organization, shaping strategic narratives to gain buy in from leaders and external partners.
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and Tableau preferred.
  • Experience with an influencer marketing platform such as CreatorIQ preferred.

Hub Location & Work Arrangement:

  • Hubs: Boston, MA | Plantation, FL or Bellevue, WA
  • Hybrid Model: 2+ days in hub location per week
  • Remote: NOT an option for this role
