Job Description
Reporting directly into the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring that all manufacturing process across production are productive and efficientManaging day to day flow of operationsDriving continuous improvement projectsMaintaining all safety, environmental, and quality standardsLeading a large team of Supervisors and all production employeesLead, motivate, train, coach, and discipline team membersDevelop and manage long term strategic planProvide strategic leadership centered around continuous improvement and LeanMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
