Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive collaboration in creating large complexity products and their features through advocating for great omni-channel experiences.
  • Foster an iterative test and learn approach for user insights, design, and development.
  • Serve as an expert for squad and zone.
  • Partner closely across business teams representing user and company needs, presenting to internal stakeholders as the product expert.
  • Lead and facilitate direction and collaboration with leadership and internal stakeholders to determine product priorities.
  • Partner closely with engineering, user experience, customer experience strategy, and design to ensure quality and consistency of experiences.
  • Identify opportunities that arise from new technologies.
  • Partner regularly with executive stakeholders.
  • Presents to executive leadership.
  • Drive multi-squads/zone to overall product vision, strategy, development, and execution, including product definition and initiative/roadmap development.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

This job has supervisory duties.

Education and Experience:
  • 4-year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • 10 or more years of experience (Preferred)
  • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Functional Skills:
  • Ability to operate in an environment driven by KPIs with the accountability to determine the best course of action to meet required numbers.
  • Ability to work with remote teams across multiple locations.
  • Ability to deliver great customer experiences across channels and touchpoints.
  • Validates backlog concepts by leveraging customer-centric thinking, discovery, and research, rapid iteration, and lean practices.
  • Ability to generate all product, project, and platform artifacts for product development and product management.
  • Ability to define and track product-specific analytics measuring product success and other key data points.
