Position Summary:The Senior Product Manager (Tech) serves as a player-coach, overseeing multiple products across a platform. This role champions iterative development and value creation while owning specific products as necessary.
The Lead Digital Product Manager is responsible for the product portfolio strategy, ensuring roadmap alignment, and negotiating work sequencing based on enterprise priorities. This position defines, delivers, and manages the lifecycle of one or more products in line with customer and company KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitates collaboration in developing complex products and features, advocating for exceptional omni-channel experiences.
- Utilizes an iterative test-and-learn approach to gather user insights, design, and development.
- Acts as a subject matter expert for squad and zone.
- Collaborates closely with business teams to represent user and company needs, presenting as the product expert to internal stakeholders.
- Leads discussions and collaborations with leadership and internal stakeholders to establish product priorities.
- Works in partnership with engineering, user experience, customer experience strategy, and design to ensure quality and consistency.
- Identifies opportunities arising from emerging technologies.
- Engages regularly with executive stakeholders.
- Delivers presentations to executive leadership.
- Guides multiple squads/zones towards the overall product vision, strategy, development, and execution, including product definition and roadmap development.
This position includes supervisory duties.
Education and Experience:- Preferred: 4-year Bachelor's Degree.
- Preferred: 10 or more years of relevant experience.
- Consideration may be given to an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to operate in a KPI-driven environment, determining the best actions to meet targets.
- Experience working with remote teams across various locations.
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences across multiple channels.
- Validates backlog concepts through customer-centric thinking, discovery, research, rapid iteration, and lean practices.
- Capable of generating all necessary product, project, and platform artifacts for product development and management.
- Ability to define and monitor product-specific analytics to measure success and other key metrics.
