Clinical Training Manager

You will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining a robust and comprehensive training program for the ECG Solutions Clinical Operations staff, supporting our commitment to upholding the Patient Safety & Quality goals within the organization.

Your role:

  • Oversee the development and implementation of standard operating procedures and process documents for the ECG Solutions Clinical Operations.
  • Manage all requests for clinical educators while designing, developing, and enhancing new hire and continuing education programs for Clinical Operations.
  • Formulate process enhancements and ongoing education recommendations for ECG Solutions leadership team(s).
  • With an emphasis on target achievement, staff development, employee engagement, customer satisfaction, and identifying operational improvements while working cooperatively, coach and develop the Clinical Training team.
  • Travel is required for this position on a quarterly basis.

You're the right fit if:

  • You've acquired 2+ years of experience with leadership or mentorship role and proven ability with influencing the business and cross functional teams; 2+ years' experience planning and leading education and job training with a clinical background. Experience interpreting ECG rhythms is preferred.
  • Your skills include efficient time management, data analysis, and trend spotting abilities. Development of curriculum and e-learning is preferred.
  • You have a high school diploma; a college degree is preferred. Additionally, an active CRAT/CCT/RN certification/license is required or must be obtained within 180 days from the date of hire.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position is $108,00 to $144,000, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Malvern, PA; Hamilton, NJ; Norfolk, VA; Melville, NY; Chicago, IL; San Francisco, CA; or Pleasanton, CA.
