Corpay is currently looking to hire an Account Manager within our Levarti division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business. In this role, you will join our friendly team as an Account Manager. A guru with experience in airport operations, covering both passenger and ramp handling or for inflight operations as cabin crew would be preferred.

How We Work

As an Account Manager will be expected to work in a virtual environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

  • Full, home office set up

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Acting as the single point of contact for customers in your region
  • Conducting customer meetings and discuss any customer issues & support tickets
  • Converting support desk requests into Agile tickets with help from our excellent Business Analysts
  • Providing quotes and invoicing for bespoke development items
  • Conducting strategic business reviews at customer sites (when international travel resumes)
  • Supporting the implementation of new applications from the Levarti suite of mobile applications for a customer
  • Delivering training to customers on any of the Levarti mobile applications
  • Supporting customers during the implementation of our applications or during application upgrades
  • Providing functional and creative input into future enhancements and the Levarti product road map

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 2-3 year experience working for an airline, ground handler or other airline system provider
  • Minimum of 1-2 years in an Account Management role, is preferred
  • Previous exposure to software applications, preferably in the airline space
  • Understanding of the software development life-cycle
  • Ability to work with little supervision and manage your time efficiently
  • Previous experience with Jira is desirable
  • Passionate, creative and easy to work with
  • Intrinsic motivation
  • Flexible, focused, hard working, driven and goal orientated
