SUPPORT ANALYST · 2+ years of Epic Grand Central and Prelude Build & Support experience with Epic certification · Experience with configuring and maintenance for many of the following Grand Central and Prelude topics...Bed Planning, Transfer Center, Logistics, Bed Charge Billing Configuration, Patient Workqueue configuration, Registration CER/HCF Configuration, using Event Management to troubleshoot common patient movement on call issues, Content Management · Ability to work in cross functional teams with a willingness to engage customers and establish rapport with individuals in operational roles .
