  • Participate in meetings, including requirement-gathering sessions and project updates, to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, issues, and potential opportunities for improvement, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Help in monitoring the progress of projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones, and identifying areas for process improvement.
  • Assist in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the integrity of data and system performance, and identify opportunities for process optimization.
  • Support the preparation of reports and presentations for stakeholders and management, using data-driven insights to inform business decisions.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in a business analyst role writing business requirement documents.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with a focus on building strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology or experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.
