What will I be doing?

As a Residences Manager, you will act as a liaison between unit owners and Hotel to manage all Residential Services policies, programs and practices. Responsible for providing support for owner's interests as they relate to condominium/hotel business model. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Respond to owner emails and calls in a timely manner
Making reservations (7 – 10 per day, more during window for holiday period requests)
Inspect units prior to owner arrival, especially units which are vacant for long periods.
Arrange special cleaning requests – arrival, lanai, monthly, bill accordingly.
Work closely with Engineering on repairs, water issues, renovations, getting units prepared for RMA.
Regularly check vacant RES units to inspect for water issues, odor from pipes, etc.
Manage owner issues.
Manage on-going FF&E repair/replacement; reconciling charge slips, invoices from vendors, and bill owners accordingly (as needed).
Liaise any HOA issues with Hawaiiana.
New / Potential Buyers and/or Real Estate: speak/meet with potential buyers and explain condo-hotel operations and RMA program.
Work with realtors and inspectors, coordinate showings and inspections; coordinate repairs found in home inspection reports to facilitate sale of units.
Additional duties as necessary and assigned.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience, preferably in luxury hospitality. Bi-lingual (English and Japanese) speaking, reading and writing required. Must be able to comprehend and put into to practice all pertinent AOAO, House Rules and Condo documents as they relate to the Hotel operation. RequirementsWhat are we looking for?
