About the Role:
The job at hand is for ED Registration II. The main responsibility entails overseeing onsite registration, arrival procedures, discharge processes, and insurance validations, with occasional guidance. Individuals in this role handle issues related to registration, billing, insurance, and account payments.Main Responsibilities:
  • Executes all assigned tasks according to departmental standards.
  • Carries out administrative duties to ensure compliance with policies and protocols.
  • Ensures accurate and thorough entry of all cases into the admissions, discharge, transfer, and billing system.
  • Delivers customer service and updates on statuses in waiting areas, patient rooms, and pre-departure.
  • Requests payments and provides information on payment plans for patient balances when needed.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Relevant Work Experience: 2 years
Education: High School Diploma or GED
