  • Develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment findings and principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
  • Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other staff members involved in implementing behavior intervention programs.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to set goals and monitor progress towards target behaviors.
  • Utilize data collection methods to track client progress and make data-driven decisions regarding treatment modifications.
  • Conduct caregiver training sessions to teach families and caregivers strategies for supporting skill development and behavior management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
  • Stay current with the latest research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA) and autism treatment.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Proficient knowledge of behavior assessment and intervention strategies, including functional analysis and positive behavior support.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, families, and team members.
  • Experience supervising and training behavior technicians and other direct care staff.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting the welfare of clients and their families.
