Job Summary:

Kansas City Autism Training Center (KcATC) is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team as a part-time or full-time BCBA. The successful candidate will provide support for leaves of absence, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time role following the support period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), including completing regular evaluations and checklists within our existing systems.
  • Assess learner progress, including the use of the Assessment of Basic Language and Learning Skills (ABLLS).
  • Work within our established system to make programming decisions, develop, implement, and assess the efficacy of interventions for increasing and decreasing targeted behaviors.
  • Write treatment plans for insurance-based funding.
  • Implement direct sessions with learners and Parent Training sessions.

Requirements:

  • BCBA Certification
  • Missouri and Kansas Licensure (or qualified to obtain)
  • Minimum of two years experience as a BCBA
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Physical Requirements: Lifting 40 pounds, bending and squatting for up to an hour per day, performing activities that entail fine and gross motor skills.
