Position Summary:

As a Behavior Consultant with ProCare Therapy, you will be instrumental in assisting individuals with autism spectrum disorders and various developmental challenges. Collaborating closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), you will implement tailored behavior intervention strategies and conduct individualized therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute behavior intervention strategies under the guidance of a BCBA.
  • Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions with clients.
  • Gather and document data regarding client progress.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide cohesive and effective support.
  • Maintain clear communication with families and caregivers.

Qualifications:

  • Active RBT certification.
  • Experience in supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
  • Access to reliable transportation for client visits.

Requirements:

  • RBT Certification.
  • Current CPR and First Aid Certification.
  • Successful completion of background checks and fingerprinting.
