The Opportunity

Reporting to the Manager of Testing and Analytics, the Sr. Testing Analyst plays an essential role in ensuring that our business can measure the incremental benefit of strategies across eCommerce, marketing, broadcast and beyond. You will oversee all phases of A/B and model-measured test design, data engineering, and statistical analysis.This role is hybrid-remote and is based in West Chester, PA.Who We Are

Your Impact

Produce and evaluate test designs to ensure accuracy and feasibility.Partner with vendors to implement best practices in setup, measurement, and data sharing; produce and maintain subject-level treatment tables.Maintain an in-house SAS-based test-reporting suite.Produce custom statistical reporting.Partner with the digital platform testing teams and the businessParticipate in non-testing-related data engineering, analysis and modeling.What You Bring

5+ years of A/B testing.5+ years experience providing statistical analysis of business outcomes.5+ years experience with SAS-based testing.5+ years experience evaluating testing designs.Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
