The Scientific Director of Computational Toxicology within the Translational Safety & Bioanalytical Sciences (TS&BA) Data Sciences team will lead efforts to develop predictive toxicology models using advanced mathematical and/or statistical analysis and artificial intelligence/machine learning models. Models will incorporate diverse data types such as in vitro/in vivo data, multi-omics data, text-based data, and image data and should integrate diverse biological and toxicological profiles using both internal and external toxicology-related databases and resources. In this vital role you will be expected to:
Present and publish research findings both internally and externally and to collaborate internally with colleagues within Amgen such as TS&BA, the Center for Research Acceleration through Digital Innovation (CRADI), R&D AI Strategy & Execution (RAISE) and Digital Technology and Innovation (DTI), as well as externally with federated data analysis efforts.Present and publish research findings both internally and externally.Comfortably navigate a highly matrixed environment and collaborate internally and externally for maximum impact and value.WinWhat we expect of you We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients.
