We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Product Solution Consultant to join our team. This pivotal role will support our sales and account teams by providing pre-sales technical discovery, product demonstrations, technical scoping, and addressing complex feature questions during the sales process. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the healthcare vertical, particularly in marketing and/or strategic planning SaaS products. They will excel in written and oral presentations and demonstrate strong technical support selling skills in a highly collaborative environment. This individual will reside within the Revenue Office and will work in close partnership with our cross-functional leads and teams to help fuel growth and revenue goals with solution architecture for our proprietary product suite. This role will align business development, product expertise, and client growth strategy.

Collaborate with sales and account teams to understand client needs and identify technical requirements.
Conduct in-depth technical discovery sessions to gather and document client requirements.
Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to client-specific use cases and requirements.
Highlight key features and benefits of Unlock Health's SaaS products to prospective clients.
Work closely with clients to define technical solutions that meet their needs.
Create detailed technical scopes and proposals to support the sales process.
Address complex technical questions and provide expert guidance on product features and capabilities.
Collaborate with product development teams to understand and communicate product roadmaps and updates.
Serve as a liaison between sales, account management, and product development teams.
Ensure seamless communication and knowledge transfer across all stakeholders.
Participate in regular sales meetings and strategy sessions.
Proactively address operational issues as it relates to pricing and staffing within new business and existing business for product sales
Regularly report and communicate with department and line of business leadership regarding potential new frameworks

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on marketing and/or strategic planning SaaS products.
Proven track record in a pre-sales technical role, with a strong aptitude for technical support selling.
Excellent written and oral presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about client needs and product solutions.
Experience working in a highly collaborative environment, with a focus on teamwork and knowledge sharing.
Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and support sales activities.
Ability to take direction and input, balanced with an informed clear point of view to allow for informed push-back if necessary
Positive "can-do" attitude and ability to juggle multiple projects and the dense demands of competing (and often aggressive/quick turnaround) project timelines.
