Job Description
Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely and within-budget completion.Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations.Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction activities and address any issues.Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
