Position Overview:
  • Lead the development of a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue and guest targets for the Royal Caribbean brand in Lacar.
  • Identify and develop new business and market opportunities, exceeding revenue and passenger targets.
  • Manage key trade accounts and oversee the performance of the Lacar Sales Team.
  • Collaborate with the team to set priorities and tactics, beat the competition, and grow Average Per Diem (APD).
  • Negotiate trade agreements, manage strategic accounts, and optimize revenue performance.
  • Understand the brand's key differentiators, target markets, and align sales activities accordingly.
  • Travel within Lacar and overseas will be required.
Qualifications:
  • 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the cruise, travel, or hospitality industry.
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
  • Proven record in business development and senior-level travel partner relationship management.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Strong negotiating and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to create and present sales and marketing strategic plans.
