We Bloom Playschool is hiring Substitute Teachers to join our team working with toddlers aged 2-3 years old for September.

We are a new, home-based community playschool located in the Woodlawn neighborhood.

Our approach is a combination of philosophies. We are most closely inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach. Our mission is to cultivate an inclusive and play-based in-home learning community for children. Our program centers around respect, collaboration, community, art, and the environment.
Our playschool hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30pm and extended day is 3:30pm-5pm for a small group of children.

Substitutes may have planned days at the school and can also be on call to fill in for teachers as needed.

Substitute positions can sometimes lead to full or part-time employment if employees are interested We Bloom is also planning on creating a small sub network between other in-home programs which you could be added to if desired.

Enrollment in the CBR, Food Handlers Certification, RRCAN, Health and Safety, Prevention is Better than Treatment, and Infant and Child CPR/First Aid certifications.
