Work Schedule:
The tour of duty for this position is typically days. Additional information may be provided during the interview process.
Duties include:
Outpatient and inpatient GI consultation, inpatient and outpatient procedures, and some administrative roles and options for research and education. Overnight and weekend call is light and supported by GI fellow. The candidate would be eligible for academic appointment at the University of Minnesota and expected to participate in the teaching and mentoring of gastroenterology fellows, medical residents, and medical students. Additional responsibilities include participating in tumor board and multidisciplinary conferences.
