The Successful Applicant

2-5 years of industry related sales experience and proven sales track record

- Previous work experience at coated abrasives company

- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

- Ability to travel up to 80% as needed (client visits, trade shows, etc.)

- Communication and team management skills

- Motivation to develop and maintain successful relationships with large, distributed customers
