Main Responsibilities
  • Partner with internal and external collaborators to identify automation opportunities by analyzing and documenting processes; assessing feasibility for automation
  • Direct meetings, interviews, and workshops to capture requirements and design solutions
  • Design, develop, and test solutions to automate processes, activities, and tasks through RPA using programming languages and available platforms to deliver operational efficiencies
  • Document technical designs, release notes, and other project documentation to support development, security, operations, and maintenance
  • Build and document test procedures and scenarios
  • Communicate to colleagues and customers during product development to make sure it fits design
  • Work collaboratively with operational and technical teams to deliver projects on time
  • Support QA and business teams in testing activities, including integration testing, end-to-end (business process) testing and UAT
  • Help develop standards and best practices for RPA including governance, operating models and solutions
  • Deploy projects successfully and problem-solve issues that arise in day-to-day running of automation processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required
  • Design solutions to automate configuration changes (infrastructure as code)
Education & Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, IT, MIS, Engineering, or related fields
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in RPA
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in software developing or testing software solutions
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Automate is preferred
  • Programming or development experience (.NET, C#, Ansible, IntelliJ IDEA) preferably on automation and/or integration projects
  • Experience with QMetry or Jira is a plus
  • Prior functional experience in SDLC, Waterfall, and Agile development methodologies including requirements, design, development, testing, documentation, training, deployment, operations, support and maintenance
  • Strong debugging, problem solving and investigative skills. Ability to assimilate disparate information (log files, error messages etc.) and pursue leads to find root cause problems
  • Ability to understand and build business process workflow diagrams or procedural documentation
  • Excellent, proactive problem solver, strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze sophisticated requirements and define technical/functional advanced solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written & verbal English (and have worked in global/multicultural environment). Ability to interact with both technical and non-technical collaborators as part of the RPA delivery cycle.
