About the Position

We are expanding rapidly within the Dental Support Organization (DSO) space in dentistry and seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Enterprise Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with our key enterprise clients, driving adoption and expansion of our SaaS solutions, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of successfully managing complex accounts and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within assigned enterprise accounts.
  • Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to effectively position our SaaS solutions as strategic assets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and strategic discussions.Account Growth and Retention:
  • Drive adoption and expansion of our SaaS solutions within assigned accounts.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue and client value.
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve growth targets and mitigate churn risks.Strategic Planning:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic account plans aligned with clients' business goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and value creation.
  • Provide input to product development teams based on client feedback and market insights.Project Management:
  • Ensure the implementation of new solutions and upgrades within assigned accounts, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver on client commitments and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Monitor project timelines to ensure successful delivery within scope.Client Advocacy:
  • Serve as the voice of the client within the organization, advocating for their needs and priorities.
  • Gather client feedback and insights to drive continuous improvement of our products and services.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on industry best practices and solution optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in enterprise account management, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and client satisfaction within large enterprise accounts.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex business environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of an organization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Google Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to travel to customer meetings, company events, and conferences as required.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work towards meeting multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Enthusiasm and a willingness to embrace the world of artificial intelligence.
  • Preferred start-up experience and understanding the unique experience it entails
