Job Description

HII Mission Technologies Division is seeking a Security Manager in support of a large Operations and Maintenance Contract within Mission Technologies.

Positions will be based at global Army training site in Orlando, FL. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Essential Job Responsibilities


• Coordinates security aspects during the TO Kick-Off Meeting and subsequent discussions, ensuring both contractor and Government personnel are well-informed of security protocols, building access, and CAC issues.


• This role participates in the development and integration of security processes within the QMP, facilitating continuous security-related process improvements and establishment of performance measures.


• Ensures contractor personnel complete security clearance background reinvestigation promptly.


• Prepares for transitions, delineates persistent security measures to ensure uninterrupted service and compliance during Transition-In and Transition-Out and is directly involved with inventory and secure handling of support equipment.


• Contributes to the TDP, articulating specific security strategies, necessary security roles, and training aligned with security clearance requirements.


• The incumbent is also responsible for the proper classification, indexing, and updating of security documents within the Library to maintain confidentiality and integrity, adhering to government regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

15+ years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13+ years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19+ years relevant experience.
