Compensation:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and authorize the entry and exit of personnel, visitors, and other individuals to prevent theft and ensure the safety of the premises.
  • Respond to phone inquiries, relay messages, and provide information during non-business hours.
  • Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports.
  • Engage with visitors and staff to maintain order and protect property.
  • Conduct regular patrols of commercial or industrial sites to avert safety hazards, theft, violence, or violations of regulations.
  • Enforce facility policies and respond to emergencies requiring security intervention.
  • Manage the daily operations, schedules, and tasks of security personnel, including guards and desk clerks.
  • Facilitate training for new and existing staff on workplace safety, search procedures, and security protocols.
  • Provide escort services as needed for individuals on-site.
  • Document daily activities and maintain accurate reports.
  • Monitor for any irregular or suspicious activities.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Valid Security Guard License required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in security or supervisory roles.
  • Availability to work various shifts as needed.
  • Reliable transportation is essential.
  • Strong communication skills are a must.
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Capability to navigate stairs regularly.
  • Composure during high-pressure situations.
  • Dependable, with a positive attitude and commitment to ethical conduct.
