Key Responsibilities
The individual selected for this role will undertake various security responsibilities as specified by contractual obligations and site-specific directives. These responsibilities may encompass:
- Managing access for guests, tenants, and vendors.
- Upholding Client and Company regulations and procedures.
- Monitoring and reporting security and safety concerns.
- Conducting regular foot patrols within and around the premises.
- Communicating all relevant issues and incidents to the operations manager, the client, and other departmental managers as necessary.
- Engaging with a diverse range of individuals including clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees, and the general public.
- Performing additional tasks as assigned.
This role may involve working in various environmental conditions, both indoors and outdoors. It requires the ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, and occasionally lift items. A portion of the role may also involve prolonged periods of sitting at a workstation.
Required Qualifications
All applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to operate and maintain site-specific security systems.
- A minimum of one year of verifiable work experience. Relevant experience in military service, concierge roles, or an associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field will also be considered.
