As we expand, we are looking for a People Compliance Analyst to join our team and strengthen our compliance program.

  • Stay informed and anticipate upcoming changes in laws and regulations affecting organizational policies
  • Ensure strict adherence to employment regulations at all levels as defined by our legal teams
  • Manage multiple compliance programs as a program manager
  • Lead projects to implement new legal requirements and oversee compliance audits
  • Maintain and update People Policies, Employee Handbook, and other essential documents
  • Handle various duties as needed to support the compliance program

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in HR Compliance or Generalist roles
  • Familiarity with key regulations such as SOX and SOC
  • Ability to engage with all levels of management
  • Proficiency in multitasking and meeting deadlines
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects
  • Strong understanding of governmental laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred:

  • International experience
  • Background in a high-growth tech environment
