Job Summary:

Associate—Classroom works directly in a classroom to fill vacancies created when teachers are absent or on leave from the workplace.

Associate—Classroom will need to be flexible in filling short-term and/or long-term needs of a school.

They may be asked to cover prep periods, provide lesson plans, engage in student supervision and/or instruction, proctor or administer student assessments, grade lessons or exams and enter results into records, attend parent conferences, collaborate with instructional team for planning, or other related duties.

This is not an exhaustive list and employees may be assigned additional duties by management as required. Regular and reliable attendance is an expectation of the job.

Job Duty/Resp.

1:

Perform various instructional support tasks as assigned to facilitate the effective teaching of applicable subject matter and to maintain appropriate classroom environment.

Provide tutoring/intervention services for students, as needed.
