The Graduation Coordinator in partnership with the Registrar and colleagues, professionally designs, intentionally cultivates, and continually improves an environment of learning, integrity, team unity, and excellence. The Graduation Coordinator mentors and professionally develops direct reports. This employee has stewardship for the delivery of graduation services and other operational functions as assigned or reassigned by the Registrar.

The Graduation Coordinator is responsible for establishing and strengthening operations within BYU-Pathway Worldwide Student Services especially as they relate to graduation evaluation and processing, grade posting, apostille processing, and academic calendar.

Important: The position is a full-time temporary 9-month assignment beginning as early as June 22, 2024, and ending no later than March 31, 2025. The minimum requirements are a bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience. The typical working schedule is Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm. Frequent evening work and travel may be required to accommodate working with a worldwide student population.
