YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist assigned students with various needs, including scheduling, course management, and study techniques.
  • Provide guidance on professionalism and uphold academic integrity and student conduct standards.
  • Organize and facilitate student workshops and monthly appreciation events.
  • Monitor and report on students at risk of academic challenges.
  • Encourage and provide resources to students facing academic difficulties.
  • Conduct proactive outreach to students to support their academic success.
  • Document interactions with students in the student information system.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to student inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions.
  • Collaborate with university departments to enhance student success.
  • Ensure compliance with FERPA regulations.
  • Assist with orientation, graduation, and other student-related events as needed.
  • Maintain student areas to ensure cleanliness and availability of necessary supplies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Required: Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Required: 2-3 years of experience in a related field; experience in higher education is preferred.

EMPLOYMENT DETAILS:

Location: Draper, UT

Employment Status: Full-time

Hours: 40 hours per week
