Responsibilities and Duties

Responsible for semi-annual reviews of available research databases, working with the Manager of Incentives to create business cases for executive review on data opportunitiesWork with internal teams to design and incorporate Incentives team research activities into a centralized databaseTeam lead for incorporation of data links between research database parameters and values to other internal systems and platformsResponsible for support in the implementation of any required changes to company software platforms based on changing business needs – work with Senior Associates to incorporate changes into the process and SOP documentationMaintenance of team's work queues, with a goal of incorporating all team activities into trackable data for the use of business review reporting of success metricsManage registry platform access for Renewable Energy credits – interface with Finance systems to ensure payment processing of incoming fundsCreation of data-based solutions to effectively inform sales activities based on company finance needs and available incentive opportunitiesWork with team leadership to design and implement team success metricsSupport Incentives team on new incentive program and technology researchContribution to general team member tasks when necessaryRequired Abilities and SkillsAbility to lead communication and meetings with internal and external stakeholdersAbility to translate data-driven insights into creating and presenting business cases aligned with business needsAbility to work with manager and internal software engineers to create and maintain detailed dashboards of team success metricsStrong written and oral communications skillsSelf-motivated and eager to learnAbility to multi-task critical simultaneous projectsPrioritize deliverables with strict and independent deadlinesExcellent attention to detailEducation and ExperienceBachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as software engineering, building/energy sciences, etc., required3+ years in a relevant field such as business operations, software, project management, energy services, construction, renewable energy installation requiredFamiliarity with Salesforce and Tableau data reporting platforms requiredMastery of Excel and SQL database management requiredFamiliarity with Asana, Sharepoint, NetSuite, and Microsoft Suite preferredExperience working with utility-based energy efficiency programs is preferredExperience with lighting, HVAC, solar, or EV charging development or construction preferredThe PerksEquity plan participationCompany-subsidized benefits: medical, dental, vision, life insuranceFlexible Spending Accounts: healthcare and dependent care6% 401(k) match with immediate vestingFlexible Time Off Expected annual salary: 73K-84K (subject to adjustment for relevant experience, skills, geo location)Annual bonus of 10%, subject to company and individual performance
