Moreover, you'll be handling the application process for a Common Access Card (CAC) to access different databases. This involves following specific guidelines outlined in the CHRISTUS US Family Health Plan (USFHP) TRICARE Operation Manual.

Responsibilities:
  • Meet OneCHRISTUS Competencies expectations.
  • Input all necessary data accurately for scheduling and registration.
  • Calculate and collect member payments based on benefits and prior balances.
  • Represent the Enrollment department professionally at all times.
  • Support the department in achieving performance targets.
  • Maintain confidentiality for all customers.
  • Communicate effectively with members, third parties, and other departments.
  • Keep track of enrollment and disenrollment processes efficiently.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding eligibility.
  • Ensure information entered during enrollment aids in claim adjudication.
  • Meet or exceed department standards for quality and productivity.
  • Handle member correspondences.
  • Perform other assigned duties.
  • Complete and maintain the Common Access Card (CAC) application.
  • Communicate with the Facility Security Officer and complete necessary procedures.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma.
  • Common Access Card (CAC) - obtain within 6 months and keep current.
