We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Lennar Medical Center location. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering patient-family centered care, overseeing nurses and allied health staff, and ensuring quality, safety, and service standards are met.
- Assess assigned patients and evaluate plans
- Modify treatment plans based on patient responses and physician orders
- Prepare patients for examinations, procedures, and treatments
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Safely operate medical equipment
- Mentor new staff in providing care
If you have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Registered Nurse License, Basic Life Support Certification, and at least 2 years of nursing experience, we encourage you to apply. Knowledge of medical terminology, nursing care methods, and excellent patient experience skills are essential.
