Role Overview

As a leader in the claims team at At-Bay, you will report to the Director of Claims and oversee a team handling first-party cyber matters. Your responsibilities include providing guidance to your team, fostering collaboration across the organization, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will also be involved in setting reserves, analyzing coverage, and handling high-profile cyber claims.
