Job Purpose:
- Oversee all facets of liability claims across diverse business sectors
- Assess liability and damages associated with each claim
- Support clients in meeting policyholder responsibilities
- Analyze coverage matters and risk transfer possibilities
- Manage intricate claims with minimal oversight
- Perform investigations through site visits, interviews, and evaluations
- Evaluate and document property damage
- Interview claimants and specialists for precise evaluations
- Offer coverage suggestions based on policy analysis
- Collaborate with specialists and legal counsel as necessary
- Supervise the quality of services provided by vendors
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of three years in claims management
- Active license or capability to secure in multiple jurisdictions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with claims adjudication procedures
- Understanding of both commercial and residential construction sectors
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
- Capacity to analyze and interpret data
- Exceptional communication and time management skills
- Standard office environment or at loss locations
- Limited exposure to severe weather conditions
- Occasional travel may be necessary
- Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, etc.
- Periodic driving may be necessary
- Visual acuity and ability to operate a motor vehicle
