About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our Growth Marketing team. You will own & execute upon our framework led growth strategy of tapping into our robust OSS projects & Turborepo) to ensure these audiences know about Vercel. By working closely with Demand Generation, DevRel, Product Marketing, Design & Engineering you will influence our OSS communities and encourage them to interact with Vercel. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with a passion for developers that has excellent project management skills & loves cross-functional collaboration. You will report to Director of Growth and will be located in hybrid (San Francisco or New York City).

What you will do:

  • Own the strategy & execution for growing the referral traffic from & to Everyone who is using these technologies should know that Vercel is the best place to host and deploy their applications. The ultimate goal is to drive qualified opportunities & activated sign ups to Vercel.
  • Design, build, and measure experiments to drive traffic, engagement, and sign ups to
  • Partner with Engineering & Design for all design and development of our sites and related tools
  • Partner with GTM Analytics to monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics for Vercel web properties, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Partner with paid acquisition to grow traffic (both organic and paid) via paid search and SEO optimization
  • Manage relationships with external digital marketing agencies, vendors, and partners as needed

About you:

  • 4+ years experience managing website experience for a large company
  • Deep understanding of marketing funnels and user journeys; you care about conversions and UX
  • Excellent project management skills; you pride yourself on keeping the trains running when collaborating cross-functionally
  • Understands basic web development principles and can work with Engineering teams
  • Excellent writer and communicator, can succinctly explain concepts in plain language
  • Comfort using data analysis tools such as Heap & Preset
  • Understanding of SEO basics and why they matter

The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $138, $193, This salary range is an estimate. Actual salary will be based on job related skills, experience and location. Pay ranges outside San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package also includes benefits and equity-based compensation. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay range for your location during the hiring process.
