Join Our Healthcare Team in NYC
Are you ready to join a major Healthcare client in NYC as a Level 1 Help Desk Support Analyst? This is your chance to be the front-line IT support for an Health System that includes 11 hospitals.
The successful candidate for this role will:
- Receive, prioritize, document, and actively resolve end user requests
- Answer calls or email contacts within the required service level time frame
- Triage requests to ensure accurate transfers and escalation
- Track open tickets and monitor ticket progress, closing ticket items upon problem resolution
- Provide support and service to end users, aiming to resolve as many calls as possible at the level
- Assist with issues related to password resets, MS Office, Windows, security access, printer troubleshooting, and business/clinical applications
- Identify problems for submission to the problem management process
