The Administrative Coordinator supports the Population Health and the Claudia Mayer/ Tina Broccolino Cancer Resource Center (CMTBCRC). Responsible for managing and coordinating a variety of tasks including but not limited to: Provide primary administrative support to the Director of Population Health and Managers to include scheduling meetings, reserving rooms, sending out calendar invitations and other administrative tasks to support team. Engage visitors, patients, providers, staff and volunteers who call or visit CMTBCRC in a courteous and respectful manner. Provide accurate and consistent information on the Population Health Department and programs. Assists in the onboarding of new department employees. Handles invoices and purchase orders for the department utilizing SAP.

Work Location: Columbia, MD

Full time Days, 8:30am-5pm

Education and Experience Requirements:

High School diploma required, Associates/Bachelors preferred. Proficient Microsoft Office Suite, 3 years experience preferred.
