- Complete highly complex and sensitive FOIA related inquiries involving coordination and communication with agency officials, media outlets, reporters, and any other involved parties.
- Actively participate in the planning and administration of the FOIA programs as designated by the Chief Counsel and/or the Deputy Chief Counsel.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the release of information to the public under the FOIA, fostering a high degree of voluntary compliance with confidentiality.
